The Vermuntbahn lift takes you from Partenen to Trominier (1,713m). A shuttle takes you to the Bielerhöhe pass at 2,032m. From there you have a fantastic view of the fantastic mountains including the Piz Buin (3,312m) and the frozen Silvrettasee lake.
