Zwittl Chapel
Unfortunately there´s no further information available about the construction of this unique chapel.
In 1985/1986 the chapel was entirely renovated. The entrance area with its hand-forged gate features the date 1877, the chapel´s construction year, and the name of "Barbara Zwittl" on a lovingly decorated strip of wood.
The gable located above the main entrance features some scenes showing the escape from Egypt. An outstanding Fatima statue, donated by the J.+ K. Syböck family, decorates the chapel´s interior. In its background a picture of the ancient oak tree and a group of children with visionary powers can be found.
