The late Gothic, mighty St. Martin´s cathedral is located at the same place where the small Romanesque church called Capella sancti Martini used to be in 1200.
The impressive "Mount of Olives" relief (around 1500) in the northern vestibule, the richly decorated pulpit and the Baroque organ are especially worth seeing.
The four small fortification towers with loopholes at the impressive northern tower remind of the fact that the church used to be part of the defense system.
