The Eisenstraßen trail starts at the train station, from where you go over the Ybbs bridge, into the center of the village and then you come to the romantic Hammerbach Valley. Fun for the whole family is guaranteed! If you don´t want to walk, you can also take your bike.

Iron and steel from the upper Ybbstal Valley were used to make knives, weapons, fine pieces of wrought-iron work etc.
