The lively little town of Zell an der Pram is embedded in the central Upper Austrian Innviertel region.

In historical documents the Castle of Zell an der Pram, in the heart of the Innviertel region, was first described in 1779. Its name and heraldic history appeared in the 12th century, deriving from the noble Zeller Dynasty who reigned over the region for more than 300 years.

The state-owned castle in Baroque style and the majestic parish church, ranking among the most beautiful highlights in classicist style within the Austrian and Bavarian border region, are of unusual historical interest. Enjoy an exciting tour of the modern village center featuring a precious fountain, the local administration, the post office and the bank.

And take a rest in one of the traditional inns and restaurants serving regional specialties and delights.
