You´ll find the tiny and quiet village of Eggendorf west of Wels on the banks of Sipbach brook. The village first appeared in historical records in the year 1224 and has been an independent village ever since 1894.

Rich in history, Eggendorf has two lovely Castles that are used as residential places. The Parish Church is a sight to behold as well.
