The transition phase is over. On March 1, the Austrian Shilling was replaced by the Euro. The official fixed exchange rate as set by the European Central Bank is ATS 13.7603 for Euro 1.00.

Currency exchange
If you still have some Austrian Shillings left from your last vacation, you can exchange them for an unlimited period and free of charge at the National Bank.
