At the foothills of the Buckligen Welt to the Steinfeld, at the border of the extensive "cow wood", the municipality Walpersbach is situated, together with the recreation village Klingfurth. Remarkable are the loess formations in and around Walpersbach. Worth seeing is the parish church Walpersbach and the classic castle Schleinz inmidst a beautiful park.
