HIKING:

For families and alpinists. More than 100km of marked footpaths and hiking trails invite you to explore our scenic surroundings on foot. Roam through forests, stroll through colorful meadows, take a walk along theme trails or conquer new heights climbing one of the many majestic peaks. Maps, brochures and tips are available at the tourist office and the Bergbahnen offices!

FLYING IN ANDELSBUCH:

The greatest dream of mankind - to be able to fly - became true with paragliding. Whether beginner or pro, the "Niedere" flying area is great for everyone. Here you'll find one of the best flying areas of Europe! The Andelsbuch flying area is known for its laminal flow and good-natured thermal conditions. Either you fly yourself or try a tandem flight with one of our flying schools - enjoy absolute freedom!

If you're looking for a hike under the motto: ways to water - then Andelsbuch is the place to be. Explore the Brühlbach waterfalls or the Andelsbuch power plant. There are also Kneipp facilities and you can also try fishing. Along the Bregenerach brook you can sunbathe and swim in the clear mountain water.

For a few years Kulturverein Bahnhof has been part of the Bregenzerwald region's culture scene.
It organizes exhibitions, courses and smaller events at the Bahnhof building. The latest events - concerts, readings and exhibitions - are listed on the website.

A paradise for music lovers

This year once again great concerts and recitals will take place at Seebühne Bregenz between July and August 23, 2009.
