"Small & Nice" is the motto of the ski areas in the Bodensee-Vorarlberg region. The guaranteed snowy ski area of Bödele in Dornbirn offers nine ski lifts to liven up your day of skiing. A secret tip of the locals is the ski area in Laterns-Gapfohl with 27 km of well tended downhill runs, the half pipe and the Fun park for snow-boarders. It´s just a short trip to the larger ski areas on the Arlberg or in the Montafon from Bregenz, Dornbirn or Feldkirch. The easiest way to reach these areas is to use the ski buses and the ski train.
