Farmland and open space form a continuous landscape, with a mosaic of woodlands and small fields. Especially in the spring and in the autumn, this area lends itself to outstanding hiking with uninterrupted panoramic vistas. And during the warmest months it´s just the right place to escape from the summer´s heat. Sandl is especially popular for its varied history of glass painting that is perfectly demonstrated at the lovingly decorated Museum Of Glass Painting.
