That is why 28 lodging establishements and 7 villages have joined together to form the "Family Club" which has facilities and offers perfect for families. For example, Family club hotels offer spacious family rooms or holiday apartements, cot or children´s bed, facilities for preparing meals for children, a playground, playroom, special kiddy meals, substantial discounts for children and events for kids and families. The offer in the Family Club villages of Au/Schoppernau, Brand, Lech, Zürs, Kleinwalsertal and Schruns/Tschagguns includes game and leisure time facilities, public outdoor and indoor pools and, above all, childcare (kindergarten for guests and ski kindergarten in winter) and programs for kids and families.

Criteria (Family Club Hotels and Family Club Resorts)

Hotels offer: Family-friendly rooms and living quarters (Spacious family rooms or holiday apartements, cot, children´s or spare bed, stool or footstool for children, laundry washing and drying or laundry service (surcharge), baby package (crib/cot, high chair, nursery table/top, pot for infants´ toilet seat top, baby phone, bottle warmer, infant´s bath, babysitter service (surcharge), children´s games room, garden with playground, no smoking area in the dining/breakfast room or no smoking room, excursions and activities suggestions for at least 5 days, catering (special table settings for children, high chairs, attachable infants´ seats, children´s meals, low-price children´s beverages; children´s supervision/animation (hotels must have their own kindergarten or qualified supervisors or provide children´s supervision in collaboration with the resort; special children´s rates

Family Club Resorts provide:
- Children´s supervision on at least 5 days a week in the peak season; in winter ski and visitors´ kindergarten in the resort or skiing area
- playground/nature or adventure playground
- supervised games rooms for bad weather
- poublic outdoor or indoor swimming pool, lakeside/riverside bathing area in or close to the resort
- sports and leisure facilities
- rental facilities for sports equipement, games and books
- picnic areas
