Free Bus Service

Free bus transport throughout the region

No need to use your car during your holidays!

The Achensee bus runs every hour, at all stops.

Get a white Tirol Transport part for the duration of your stay, and you will never have to worry about transport.

The same ticket is valid for all Achensee cross-country runs, and replaces the cross-country ski pass, which used to be available from the Pertisau lifts. This pass is available for all guests, except children younger then 6 years of age.

To make sure that your free pass is in order, fill in your departure date, your full name, and your guest form no. on the back side of the ticket, and make sure you sign it and you get your stamp. Your accommodation provider will usually take care of these formalities for you.

The transfer to the lake and back is even free, if you have your booking confirmation with you.

Bus service across the border

From lake Tegernsee to lake Achensee

Had this been all, it wouldn´t have won us any laurels for developing a pioneering project in the field of public traffic.

The new buses operate 1 x in the morning and 1 x in the afternoon between lake Achensee in Austria and lake Tegernsee in Germany. Transport from Jenbach to Achensee and back is even free of charge with a confirmation that you are staying in a hotel at lake Achensee.
