Tips for your journey

skip - if possible drive on a quiet Sunday
- with early departures or late arrivals (on arrival day until 4pm) you have to pay the full room price. Booking and cancellation conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations. With timely cancellations (until 1 week before start of holiday) no cancellation fee has to be paid. For late arrivals after 4pm we urgently ask for notification in due time.

Booking tips

skip - bookings are only taken in written form (to avoid errors), by fax or email with full address and phone number.
- we offer health rooms and anti-allergy equipment - that's why no pets are allowed. Smoking is only permitted in certain especially signed rooms.
- If you don't have school-age children we recommend you to avoid high season holiday times, Christmas, half term and Easter holidays.
- In addition you may have to pay an extra fee during holiday times (except Loipersdorf thermal spa).

Other tips

skip - all vouchers (also thermal spa and tourist office vouchers) have to be presented at reception when arriving
- minor price adaptations (due to price changes at the thermal spa) and spelling mistakes.
- other special rates, thermal spa tickets that are only handed out to the user (disabled, senior citizens, book-of-ten, group rates, etc.) can be looked up at the Loipersdorf thermal spa.
