Drauradweg Cycling & Transfer Rides

Transfer ride (including bicycles) to Spittal.

The tour starts at the Spittal railway station. Follow the R1 bicycle trail to the left bank of the River Drau. Change to the right river bank as you reach the power station (gravel).

The route continues on this gravel walk for a few kilometers, then crosses the river again and winds its way on to Villach (cycle path along the riverbanks) and out of town.

As you reach the bright red ferroconcrete bridge, you leave the R1 Drauradweg cycle path and change to the R2 Ossiachersee route. Turn sharp right after the small wooden bridge.

Continue on the R2 to the west end of the lake and on to the southern and northern lakeshores and back to the point of departure.
