In 1980 the enterprise was passed on to Franz Fischer. At the winegrowing and cellarmaster test Franz Fischer was awarded "best master of Lower Austria".
70% of the winegrowing area are situated on mountain terraces of the Kremstal valley, which mainly consist of primary rock ground. The grapes of these areas have a high quality. Preconditions for best quality are the many handiworks, such as cutting the vine, foliage work and the exemption of the grape zone, so that all grapes can absorb the ideal amount of sunlight.
This near to nature cultivation continues with the manual grape harvest and the processing of the grapes. All quality wines are filled into the bottles without deacidification and adding any sugar.
Apart from our wines you can also enjoy our home-made food, including smoked meat, black pudding, spreads and lots of other delicacies.
Two rooms and a terrace offer enough space for approximately 200 people.
Off the opening hours of our heurigen we also give you the possibility to organise an event for up to 50 people for you. Whether birthday party or conference - we have the right atmosphere for you! Reservation is obligatory.
