Schloss Haindorf

Schloss Haindorf, situated at the border of the wine city Langenlois, one of the most beautiful parts of the Kamptal valley, has first been mentioned officially in 1387 as "Edelsitz Feldmühle" (mill). In 1973, the Lower Austrian government took over the castle in ruinous state. After extensive renovation work, the Lower Austrian builder's association runs the castle as an instructive building yard as well as a seminar and recreational hotel.
